Beautiful couples RV. Perfect floorplan for a retired couple's get away. 5250 lbs dryweight and slightly over 26 feet over all including hitch. This is a rear kitchen layout, and some people freak out at that, saying their dishes will break. Well for one, leave your best china at home for goodness sakes, and go camping with something durable! But for another, on a 240RK you don't get near the rear end bounce that you might in a huge 40 foot 5th wheel rear kitchen layout. And the benefit is you get two beautifully huge windows in the living area. One on each side of the trailer so you can see what both your neighbours are up to, and you can smell both their BBQ's with a great cross draft! Amazingly comfortable kick back reclining theatre seating with footrests and cup holders, a cell charging station and storage in the center console between the two seats. You still get the usual dinette table as well, that converts to a bed for a child or two. The kitchen wraps around the back, giving you a larger kitchen area then usual in a small floorplan like that. The bathroom is in the back corner of the kitchen, which, we admit, is a little odd spot for it, but hey! Its handy for the cook, and its what worked to use up the floorplan efficiently!
