A good looking 2012 Crossroads Cruiser 28 foot 5th wheel. Rear living room couples RV in great condition. Two slideouts. Just under 30 feet over all length and a dry weight of 8114 lbs. Some neat features here are a double battery hook up with battery disconnect. Slam latch baggage doors. Interior hookups inside the front storage compartment to keep everything warm and dry, including the waste tank valves. Rear hitch for a bike racks, back up camera and rear ladder are included. No signs of fiberglass delamination or any other water damage. The rear living room has a 3 person couch bed, a free standing wooden dinette table with extension board, and 4 padded chairs. 1 padded arm chair. It has been modified in the one slide to have a huge closet instead of the large TV. There is a small corner mounted TV included. The fridge is a two way, propane and electric. Wrap around style kitchen counter with lots of counter space and storage. Solid surface counter top with sink cover.
