2010 Heartland Edge M18- Edge M18

Super amazing little floorplan, at under 20 feet over all length, tandem axle with a slideout, weighing only 2795 lbs empty weight! It's a narrow floorplan, at 7.5 feet wide, fitting well behind SUVs. It is in ok condition, although there are some minor water damage spots and a new floor due to a previous water leak.  A great price reflects those imperfections tho. Its a good choice for someone looking for a light weight and easy to tow tandem RV at an affordable price. The layout has a rear entry, rear washroom, and a front bed. Couch across from the kitchen. A well equipped RV with all appliances working properly. Lots of storage in the wardrobe right inside the entry door. Washroom has a shower, toilet, sink and a medicine cabinet. Kitchen has a double bowl kitchen sink, 2 burner propane stove with glass cover, a two way propane and electric single door fridge and freezer, a range hood and a microwave. Kitchen counter and bathroom counter are all a molded solid surface style.  Includes a table to set up in front of the couch for your dinette. Come check out this amazing little tandem axle RV at Longhaul in Listowel. Finance plans are available and trade ins are accepted.
