The canvas and screens are in pretty good condition with no visible cracks or tears. Bag Awning included. Large bed pop out on one end and a slightly smaller bed on the other.  U shaped dinette to also convert into a bed, on one end, plus another booth bed on the other end of the trailer to make sure your entire family has a spot to eat. No stove included, but fridge and sink working fine. No propane tank or battery is included, but appliances and trailer will all be tested and guaranteed working.
